1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pearl Harbor Defense ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pearl Harbor Defense is a single-player casual shooting game. The App is provided free of charge and is intended solely for personal entertainment.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the App or any portion of it.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
• Use any automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, characters, and game design, is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. In-Game Items and Virtual Goods

The App may contain virtual items, currency, or upgrades that exist only within the game. These items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred outside the App. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Children's Use

The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The game contains casual combat themes; parental discretion is advised for younger players.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
